espanolLa tragedia griega sigue siendo un gran referente de reflexion filosofica, y son multiples las interpretaciones sobre dicha manifestacion artistica que han tenido lugar en el pensamiento contemporaneo. En nuestro trabajo recogemos la celebre obra de Sofocles, Antifona, y su conflicto. Ley del Estado y Ley de la familia (Hegel) para ponerlo en contacto, como ejemplo practico, con las teorias mas actuales relativas a lo que se demoniza democracia deliberativa. En concreto, el objetivo es reflexionar sobre la perspectiva planteada por A. Gutmann y D. Thompson y su advertencia de que los conflictos morales no pueden ser eludidos en politica, incluso los desacuerdos morales. EnglishThe greek tragedy continues being an important reference one of philosophical reflection, and there are a lot of interpretations on this artistic manifestation that have taken place in the contemporary thought. In our study we show the famous work of Sofocles, Antigona, and its conflict, Law of the State and Law of the family (Hegel) to put it in contact, like practical example, with the present theories relative to which deliberative democracy is denominated. In particular, to reflect on the perspective raised by A. Gutmann and D. Thompson and his warning of which the moral conflicts cannot be eluded in policy, even the moral discords
