Leveraging the rapid advancement of computer technologies, digital media and art have been transformed, and the advent of intelligent, interactive and immersive computational capacities within artistic ecosystems. In the contemporary electronic media systems, the usage of computer graphics, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, virtual reality, augmented reality, real-time rendering technologies plays an important role in the production of multimedia and visualization of art to captivate the audience. This paper will be a complete research on computer technology using and transforming digital media and modern art practice. The study examines the development of digital media systems, the role of computer graphics in creation of content, the influence of artificial intelligence on computational creativity and role of immersive technologies in interactive artistic communication. It also proposes a novel Intelligent Digital Media Framework (IDMF) encompassing acquisition of multimedia information, processing of the graphics, enhancement using artificial intelligence, immersive visualization and adaptive interaction with the user in a single computational framework. The evaluation conducted in the experiments has shown that the proposed framework has an advantage over the traditional digital media systems in terms of visual quality, rendering efficiency, personalization accuracy and user engagement. The results showed that AI tools and immersive technologies aid the creation of art and interaction with an audience, and facilitate scalable and adaptable digital spaces. Also addressed are the key issues surrounding computational complexity, copyright, digital authenticity, privacy and ethical oversight of AI-based media systems. The proposed framework provides a sound basis for new smart and intelligent media platforms that can accommodate the human-centered, adaptive and immersive art experience in today's digital environments
