This study explores the complex interconnections among governance, market dynamics, and social behavior through an interdisciplinary framework that integrates law, management, and social sciences. Traditional disciplinary boundaries often fail to capture the multifaceted nature of institutional performance, policy effectiveness, and behavioral adaptation in modern societies. By bridging legal analysis, managerial strategies, and sociological insights, this research presents a holistic understanding of how governance systems evolve and interact with market mechanisms and social structures. The study adopts a mixed-methods design, combining qualitative content analysis of legal and policy documents with quantitative modeling using global datasets such as the World Governance Indicators and World Values Survey. The results reveal that strong governance institutions, grounded in legal accountability and managerial efficiency, foster higher market performance and social trust. Furthermore, social behavior—shaped by cultural norms, cognitive biases, and institutional legitimacy—plays a pivotal role in determining the success of governance reforms and market regulation. Technological change and globalization further underscore the need for adaptable, inclusive, and ethically grounded governance frameworks. Ultimately, this research demonstrates that interdisciplinary integration not only enriches theoretical understanding but also enhances policy design, institutional resilience, and societal equity. It calls for collaborative approaches that merge legal rigor, managerial innovation, and social awareness to address emerging global challenges such as sustainability, digital governance, and social inequality
