The article is devoted to word-formation activity that is understood as the ability of word-building elements and word-formation models to be regularly involved into formation of new lexical units. The article presents identification of productive word-formation models of German colloquial verbal units with spatial particles and the analysis of wordformation capacity of models and their variants. With the method of quantification the wordformation models are distributed into three groups: highly active models, active models and
