Kajian Pencapaian Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (Rpjmn) 2010 – 2014, Sektor Keamanan Laut

A government agency must have a strategic plan (in this paper the term used is renstra). Strategic Plans in every agency is different from each other, depending on the role of the agency in the government. Although the strategic plan differs from each other, all of them lead to RPJMN (National Medium Term Development Plan). Strategic Plan is implemented through the agency's performance. The outcome achieved is implemented in 2010-2014 RPJMN. Such implementation measures the extent of the performance achieved by the agency, in this regard by Bakorkamla. Thus, any government agency can evaluate its shortcomings of the Strategic Plan of both the institution and the 2010-2014 RPJMN
