In carrying out its basic tasks, functions, and authorities in accordance with Law No. 32 of 2014 concerning Maritime, Article 61.62, and 63, Bakamla along with its stakeholders has worked together in the form of training on security and integrated marine safety. Exercises and courses conducted as common practice in this sector are, among others, Suspaidik (courses for investigative officers), Suspeknubika (courses for salvage of bio and chemical nuclear ship), marine ecosystems, MARPOL (marine pollution), coding, search and rescue, Suskomnav (courses on communications and navigation), shooting, basic safety training (BST), and URCL (rapid reaction unit of the sea). Through the training and courses conducted, it is expected that a link between the duties, powers, and exercises conducted will be obtained. The variables used in this study are duties and authority of Bakamla maritime security patrols, utilization of information technology, and legal processes. The indicator is training security and marine safety. From this association, it can be concluded that integrated exercises are required in order to obtain the necessary homogenous thinking patterns and homogeneous pattern of acts between the field staff of the security and safety of the sea
