This study aims to analyze the family fish farming market in Tocantins, focusing on the case study of the Brejinho II Family Fish Farmers Association (APBN), located in an Aquaculture Park in the state. The research methodology included document analysis and semi-structured interviews with family fish farmers affiliated with APBN. The results indicate that the establishment of the Brejinho II Aquaculture Park has brought significant benefits to the local community, such as job creation, increased income, and the production of healthy food. As a result, APBN was formed with the purpose of expanding fish production, acquiring inputs, organizing collective work, negotiating advantageously in the formal market, establishing partnerships with public and private sectors, accessing public policies aimed at aquaculture, and obtaining technical assistance to ensure production quality. These advancements have strengthened the position of affiliated family fish farmers in the formal aquaculture market
