The question is raised whether TA is more concerned with diagnosis than with treatment. A survey of TAJ articles reveals a clear preference (p<.001) for diagnosis over treatment, 37% to 16% in mean averages of number of articles published in relation to the total number of articles, or more than double (2.3).
