Kajdasz has been a member of the faculty at the National Intelligence University, Washington, D.C., since 2010, teaching courses in the Master's program in Strategic Intelligence. From 2003–2006 he was an Assistant Professor at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado. A Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force, he has been Chief of the Plans and Systems Branch of the 720th Special Tactics Group; Office in Charge of the Counterintelligence Analysis Cell of the 24th Expeditionary Field Investigations Squadron; and Commander of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance for the 607th Air Intelligence Squadron in South Korea. Dr. Kajdasz received his B.S. in Behavioral Sciences from the U.S. Air Force Academy; an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in Virginia; and a Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology from the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio
