Agraphic designer starts her own business, which requires most of her time and energy. Her mother, who has become increasingly withdrawn, anxious, and ill, needs to be taken to her doctor's appointments, can't keep track of her medical bills and insurance forms, and can no longer stay by herself. Meanwhile, as her aunt too becomes confused and paranoid, the graphic designer, overwhelmed by her responsibilities to both, has no time for her clients
