The aim of this paper is to investigate adjectival modification in Greek DPs headed by a derived nominal. In particular, it will examine how many and which types of adjectives may hierarchically modify a derived event noun, in which order(s) they occur, and whether these adjective types have an adverbial counterpart in the clausal projection, thus requiring a richer DP structure in terms of functional projections than non-derived DPs. It will argue that derived nominals do not require a different internal structure than object nouns
