The paper deals with institutional forms of involved fatherhood support in Russia. In recent decades the limited involvement of fathers in child rearing has been viewed as a problem in many countries. The means to address it has been the establishment of social institutions designed to enable more active participation of men in child rearing. The paper treats the ensemble of such institutions as an involved fatherhood support infrastructure. Potentially, its most effective element is the father's right to take parental leave. Such right in Russia, while provided for by law, is rarely exercised by fathers. Based on the research conducted by the author in St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Vologda and Pskov regions, and in the Republic of Karelia, other technologies are considered to support involved fatherhood, such as: mass events dedicated to fatherhood, or group work with fathers (father schools, “Dad-schools”). The organizations to implement such technologies (public associations of fathers, state and non-profit social, educational, and healthcare organizations) are proposed. Mechanisms to disseminate the technologies supporting involved fatherhood are considered. The author concludes that involved fatherhood support infrastructure in Russia continues to develop, as the technologies do not merge, but rather diversify, and the variety of father methods is only increasing. The views of facilitators of services and events to support involved fatherhood are analyzed in terms of fatherhood models they choose to promote as their mission. It is concluded that expected outcomes for them include the promotion of responsible fatherhood, child-centered masculinity, as well as prevention of absent fatherhood
