This paper is part of a Special Issue "The End: Anthropological Explorations of Endings and Finitude" which I am editing with Mads Daugbjerg In it I explore the assumption embedded in much transitional justice literature that justice is a linear process that has a clear end goal that can bring closure to a traumatic past. I do so through an examination of the different and varied repetitions that characterise the search for and meting out of justice in present-day Argentina
