Disinformation has become a significant challenge in contemporary society, especially with the advancement of digital platforms. This article proposes an investigation into disinformation as a discursive and political practice, adopting the theoretical approach of Critical Discourse Analysis. The study focuses on examining the relationship between disinformation and power, and analyzing the mechanisms of legitimization of disinformation discourse. This work aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of disinformation as a discursive phenomenon and to the development of effective approaches to tackle this challenge in contemporary society
