This article analyses the transformation brought about by artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of visual and digital arts from an interdisciplinary perspective.Production processes, historically based on the artist's personal creative act, are undergoing a radical change with the acceleration of digitalisation and the proliferation of advanced algorithms.AI methods such as machine learning and deep learning offer artists unprecedented tools and possibilities in areas like visual data analysis, style transfer, automatic content generation, and composition. The study argues that AI-based systems fundamentally serve an instrumental function, yet this instrument redefines the nature and stages of the creative process. The integration of AI into aesthetic decision-making mechanisms challenges traditional definitions of art and conceptions of "creativity," while simultaneously transforming the dynamic relationships between artist, artwork, and audience. However, this examination does not overlook the fact that AI is limited by its data-dependent and statistical processing capacity, lacking human-like consciousness or emotions.Within the scope of the research, AI-aided production practices are examined through various digital art examples, and their contributions to creative practice are discussed from a critical perspective. In conclusion, it is demonstrated that artificial intelligence is positioned not as an ultimate "creative" actor in artistic production, but as a powerful "production partner" or tool. This positioning creates a profound impact that transforms the meaning of art, its production methodologies, and modes of reception, without eliminating the central role of uniquely human subjective creativity and intent; rather, it builds a new realm of dialogue and collaboration with it
