[This study aims to determine how the Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia regulate the fulfillment of women's financial rights in the family, such as before marriage, after marriage and after divorce. The rights of women as wives and mothers in the family are often underestimated. Regarding the financial rights in the family sphere, what is commonly known by the public is limited to a living life in general. But actually, there are other financial rights that women have in the family. This research is a qualitative research with a normative juridical approach by using primary and secondary types and sources of legal data in the form of the Qur'an, hadith, statutory regulations and related scientific articles. The results of this study are that the financial rights of women in the family are very detail and specific in Islamic family law in Indonesia, both in their position as prospective wives, wives, mothers and as wives who have been divorced, including dowry rights, wage rights during breastfeeding, livelihood rights, inheritance rights, the right of iddah maintenance, the right of mut'ah for those who are divorced, and joint property. The balance of the implementation of obligations and the fulfillment of rights is an important element in maintaining family stability and happiness]
