The main objective of this work is to study how the gender identity debate is approached in the vídeos of two YouTubers based in Argentina and Spain, respectively (Emmanuel Danann and Roma Gallardo). First, the main arguments used in the vídeos to defend the biological and functional truth of the body against the trans reality will be identified. Secondly, these discourses will be placed within the framework of the antifeminist movement, with which, we argue, they establish discursive synergies. Thirdly, a counter-argument will be presented based on the contributions of Silvia Federici, Judith Butler, and Sara Ahmed to challenge this reading of the biological as the natural and functional, as well as its rejection of public policy and the institutionalization of feminism and LGBTQ+ movements
