В очередной выпуск «Археологических вестей» включены статьи, посвященные новейшим исследованиям в области археологии, истории и культуры.В серии работ, входящих в раздел «Новые открытия и исследования», рассматриваются отдельные категории археологических древностей от каменного века до нового времени, также вводятся в научный оборот материалы палеолитического нахождения Ункей (Нукутский район, Иркутская область) и анализируются контакты населения самбийсконатагийской культуры со Среднем Дунаем в гуннское и постгуннское время.В специальный раздел включены статьи по актуальным проблемам археологии эпохи бронзы и раннего железа Кавказа, а также работа по интерпретации камерных погребений в Пскове второй половины X в.Кроме того в журнале представлены работы по истории и организации науки.Среди авторов -ученые из различных городов России (Москвы, Санкт-Петербурга, Иркутска, Новосибирска, Владикавказа), Украины (Одессы) и Франции (Парижа).The present issue of «Arkheologicheskie vesti» (Archaeological News) includes articles concerned with the most recent researches in the sphere of archaeology, history and culture.The series of works comprised in the section "New discoveries and researches" considers particular categories of archaeological antiquities dated from the Stone Age to the modern period; in particular, materials from the Palaeolithic site of Unkey (Nukut district, Irkutsk Oblast) are published and contacts between the population of the Sambia-Natangia culture and the Middle Danubian region during the Hun and post-Hun time are analysed.A special section includes papers on the current problems of archaeology of the Bronze Age and the Early Iron Age in the Caucasus, as well as a study on the interpretation of stone burials in Pskov of the second half of the 10 th century.In addition, the yearbook presents works on the history and organization of the archaeological science.The authors are scholars from different research centres of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Vladikavkaz), Ukraine (Odessa) and France (Paris).Первая страница обложки -Пенджикент.Расписная керамика (к статье Ф.
