Die berufliche Teilhabe ausländischer Arbeitskräfte wird durch verschiedene Faktoren erleichtert oder erschwert. Dieses Scoping Review analysierte 86 Artikel aus PsycINFO, CINAHL, MEDLINE und Business Source Premier (2010–2024, n = 3.592) zu Erfolgsfaktoren und Barrieren. Neben Sprachkenntnissen, beruflichen Qualifikationen und sozialen Netzwerken sind Teamzusammenhalt, interkulturelle Offenheit und Mentoring sowie Diversity-Strategien, Weiterbildung und faire berufliche Anerkennungsverfahren entscheidend. Zudem beeinflussen gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen und branchenspezifische Strukturen die Integration. Die Ergebnisse liefern wertvolle Erkenntnisse für Maßnahmen, die Barrieren abbauen und Erfolgsfaktoren stärken, um die nachhaltige berufliche Teilhabe zu fördern
