For this inaugural issue of the Somatics volume of the Journal of Jungian Scholarly Studies, I invited Dr. Tina Stromsted to speak about Jung and Somatics. For those of you who don’t know Tina, she is an extraordinary teacher, lecturer, dancer, Jungian analyst, and lifelong advocate for the wisdom of the body. Below is just a small snippet of her accumulated years of wisdom. Her new book, Soul’s Body: Active Imagination, Authentic Movement, & Embodiment in Psychotherapy, is reviewed in this volume. I highly recommend it. You can learn more about Tina ́s somatic and Jungian work at https://authenticmovement-bodysoul.com
