Digital medicine opens up new opportunities for healthcare management, while transforming health-related values. The relevance of the study is due to the need to analyze the axiological changes caused by digitalization and their impact on medical discourse, the relationship between doctors and patients, and the management of health as a public good. The novelty of the work lies in the application of Michel Foucault’s idea of disciplinary institution to the analysis of digital medicine. This has made it possible to identify axiological transformations, including a rethinking of health as a network resource that requires active patient participation and management through digital platforms. The aim of the paper is to study changes in the value of health in the context of digitalization and to identify their impact on medical practice and social norms. The methodology of the work is based on an axiological approach and includes discourse analysis, which allows us to study changes in medical discourse under the influence of digital technologies. The results show that health in the digital era is becoming a manageable value, where digital platforms strengthen disciplinary control and standardization. At the same time, patients gain more autonomy and responsibility for their health. However, this is accompanied by increasing dependence on technology and the emergence of new ethical challenges, including issues of data privacy and fairness of access to digital health services. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for the creation of ethical standards and legal norms in the field of digital medicine, as well as educational programs aimed at improving the digital literacy of doctors and patients. Prospects for further research include studying the balance between innovation and humanistic values, as well as analyzing the impact of digital medicine on socio-cultural norms and mechanisms of biopower
