The article discusses the project “4P Medicine” (personification, predictability, prevention, participation) from the point of view of new ideas formation about human biosociality. The relevance of the study is the consideration of 4P medicine as one of the digitalization concepts of the medical industry. The novelty of the research is the analysis of this project from the standpoint of human biosocial existence. The problem posed is the contradictory nature of 4P medicine, which consists in understanding a person in the context of exclusively medical and biological descriptive characteristics, on the one hand, and his biopsychosocial existential multiplicity, on the other. The purpose of the study is to reflect this contradictory nature of 4P medicine in the aspect of human existence. The materials of the study are domestic and foreign sources covering certain issues of 4P medicine in the context of increasing medicalization of life. The research methods are dialectical and modeling. The hypothesis is the assumption of the possibility of a new human biosociality formation in the conditions of medical and biological reduction. The results of the study show the likelihood of a shift in emphasis from the natural basis of a person through the prism of his relationship with society and the multiplicity of his biosocial experience to the medical and biological features of his everyday practices. The conclusions of the study are: the contradictory nature of 4P medicine as a concept of digitalization; medical and biologizing approach in understanding human ontology; a new understanding of human biosociality in the context of the medicalization of life; shifting preventive measures to the medical and biological level. Prospects for further ethical and philosophical studies of 4P medicine are associated with further comprehension of the anthropological dissonance between personalization within the framework of 4P medicine and subjective personalization, taking into account individual values and life priorities
