Hockney’s works represent natural scenery in the form of paintings and photographs, conveying the creative concept of being faithful to life and enjoying nature. This paper focuses on Hockney’s artistic creation, analyzing his distinctive and engaging personal style, and artistic creation concepts from his life and work outlook. Exploring the inner language and unique forms of expression behind them. It discusses the unique personal perspective in Hockney’s landscapes, explores the interaction between the work and the viewer from the perspective of viewing, and analyses the contemplation and reflection on life in Hockney’s artworks. This article focuses on a new chapter in the practice and exploration of contemporary art with a new way of viewing, and discusses David Hockney’s narratives on the laws of perspective, naturalism, and the role of time and space in artistic creation.
