With this article, the authors pursue the publication of inscriptions originating from the region of Dhamār, in the highlands south of Sanaa. The study publishes an unedited inscription from the Ruṣāba village, lying north of Dhamār city and near to the Qarīs village. The text is written in Sabaic language and commemorates building activities in the area under the reign of King ʿAmdān Bayān Yuhaqbiḍ (early 2nd c. ad). The authors of the inscription are members of the Ruṣāba and Qarīs tribe, the first name being new in inscriptions while the second being known from only one Sabaic document. The text testifies the exceptional continuity characterising the place names and tribe names in Yemen
