Publication of four unpublished inscriptions illegally retrieved from ancient sites in the Jawf region (Yemen), one of which dates from the 8th century bc, two from the 7th century bc, and one from the 3rd century bc approx. The latter, as-Sawdāʾ 97, constitutes the first evidence of the entry of the city of Nashshān (now as-Sawdāʾ) into the Sabaean sphere, after a period of autonomy (8th-6th century bc), and its integration into the kingdom of Maʿīn (5th-3rd century bc)
