This article aims to analyze the processes that involve land regularization in Union lands in the Legal Amazon. That way, we substantiate this study based on Law 13.465/2017 and its legal amendments to affirm that the Amazon Legal Land Program moves from the legalization of possession to the legalization of land grabbing. The aforementioned legal framework has as its dialectical movement the condition-medium-product of transforming public lands into merchandise. It represents both the ideological and the legal plan, the cooptation of the land title regularization policy as a form of appropriation and (re) concentration of public lands by agribusiness and capitalist commercialization of water, in the conjuncture of the land market and its symbiotic relation with the globalization of Brazilian agriculture that produces commodities. As a reflection of this panorama, the geography of land conflicts in the Brazilian Amazon have expanded, unveiling the gap between the land of business and the land of "Buen Vivir", strengthening the need to fight for land, as a synonym of fight against the expansion and concentration of capital
