Introduction: The production of knowledge must be problematized from an intersectional gender perspective to overcome epistemic and everyday violence. Objective: This paper examines personal testimonies and archives in creating new epistemologies in social memory. Methods: It analyzes recent non-fiction works by Grada Kilomba, Jota Mombaça, and Amara Moira using French discourse analysis. Social-historical dynamics shaping memory, identity, and knowledge draw on Foucault's 'alienation' and 'self-testimony.' Results: The study adopts two approaches: viewing intersectional gender testimonies as 'take care of onself’, and applying FDA to assess archiving one's life socially and politically. The aim is to evaluate if these works constitute personal archives of situated, intersectional knowledge in a testimonial, decolonial turn of historical knowledge
