Our work presents a conceptual discussion on the potential of transmedia journalism in line with the precepts of Environmental Journalism to think about approaches to the climate crisis, based on a systematic observation of Greenpeace Brazil's narratives, on the official website and Instagram, about the tragedy in Rio Grande do Sul in May 2024. The productions show the investment in different media, interactivity and immersion resources to deal with the problem under the axis of climate justice, complexifying the agenda, albeit at an individual level and in the logic of social network engagement
