The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of technological innovations on the state, preser-vation, and development of the musical culture of Jilin Province (PRC). It focuses on the digital transformation of traditional musical practices recognized as intangible cultural heritage. The author explores the dual role of technology: as a tool for revitalizing heritage through the creation of digital archives, educational platforms, and immersive formats; and as a key factor in industrialization, integrating traditional art into the creative industries’ economy. Based on identified contradictions (between authenticity and adaptation, accessibility and commer-cialization), strategic recommendations for regional cultural policy are formulated. It is concluded that a bal-anced strategy based on the triad of technological capability, cultural responsibility, and economic feasibility is necessary to ensure the sustainable development of Jilin’s unique musical heritage in the digital age
