En mars 2020, l’Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS) accorde le statut pandémique au virus SARS-CoV 2 responsable de la maladie qui allait être nommée COVID-19. Ce statut allait lancer une des plus grandes expériences biopolitiques de notre temps, voire de l’histoire moderne. Un état d’exception sera promulgué, celui-ci se déclinera dans un ensemble de mesures sanitaires visant à limiter la progression du virus. Ces mesures sanitaires ont mis en tension la société, et les corps des humains
