This paper is a polemic with Anna Zawadzka’s “Time and Field of Vision: Beginnings of a Comparative Perspective to Anti-Zionism in 1967–1968 and 2023–2024”, which appeared in issue 21 (2024) of the journal Adeptus. Her article abounds with errors, omissions, manipulations and unjustified, ideologically driven interpretative decisions. The present paper demonstrates that (1) the initial thesis about the similarity of the antisemitism of 1967–1968 and the anti-Zionism of 2023–2024 has not been properly proven and cannot be maintained on the basis of the proposed methodology; (2) the two social phenomena differ significantly due to the absence of antisemitism in the latter; (3) the remarks on colonialism, on the relations between the centre and the periphery, and on the Holocaust indicate an attempt to whitewash European colonisation, a return to the worst traditions of orientalist removal of the experiences of colonised peoples from scientific discourse, as well as revisionism of Nazi crimes. In relation to point (3), the paper demonstrates how Zawadzka’s anti-anti-Zionism is a form of Eurocentric chauvinism
