The aim of this article is to present an excerpt from the personal archive of Krzysztof Teodor Toeplitz using the example of letter correspondence with Agnieszka Osiecka. The personal archive of Krzysztof Teodor Toeplitz is a unique collection of private correspondence kept by the publicist during the period of the Polish People’s Republic until his death. It is a reflection of the private relations between representatives of Poland’s intellectual elite of that time. The correspondence contains references to the private life of the recipient of the letters
