The technological singularity, popularized by Ray Kurzweil, an American computer scientist and futurist, envisions artificial superintelligence (ASI) surpassing human cognition by 2045, reshaping knowledge ecosystems. Singularity libraries emerge as adaptive institutions bridging human literacy with ASI-driven realities, fostering lifelong learning amid exponential technological change. This paper shows libraries evolving roles in the digital-AI era, where they transition from repositories to dynamic hubs integrating neural networks for personalized discovery. Singularity libraries represent the tech singularity as a pivotal shift in library and information science, seamlessly integrating physical spaces with virtual environments to foster in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world.Key sub-themes include the emerging roles of libraries in the digital era where AI tools and bibliometric analytics via VOSviewer enhance discovery and personalization; innovations, and sciences through hybrid platforms like VR-enabled archives and collaborative data labs; libraries as catalysts for literacy and lifelong learning via adaptive programmes; knowledge management (KM) and interdisciplinary research support using integrated repositories; cultural heritage preservation through blockchain-archived digital twins and AI-assisted curation; and skills training for professional navigating ASI disruptions. Challenges like digital divides and data privacy are addressed alongside strategies for sustainable implementation. This framework offers actionable insights for librarians, information scientists, educators navigating the post NEP-2020 landscape. This gives an overview of the singularity libraries bridging literacy gaps in a knowledge-driven society by developing a smart ASI-era libraries ensuring cultural and intellectual post human knowledge paradigm, fostering equity in literacy and perpetual education along with democratizing knowledge for all self-directed marginalized learners' lifelong journey
