This article aims to discuss the just anger as a freirean category of thinking. To this end, we seek to distinguish the just anger from rage and articulate the idea of rebellion as the outbreak of the just anger and as the transitional stage that precedes the revolution. It is concluded that the just anger is an essential category of Freire's utopia of transformation of the world and that this feeling is a right of those who are indignant towards dehumanization
