Objectives: This research aimed to analyze the characteristics of environmental stressors in the home office of a Technology worker. Method: It was a qualitative exploratory-descriptiv research that used the Grounded Theory methodology in data analysis and the Atlas T software as a tool. The semi-structured interview script was used as a data collection instrument until saturation, which occurred when 14 participants were reached, seven men and seven women. Results: From the data analysis, three categories of analysis of environmental stressors were protected: remote work stressors, sensory stressors, and social stressors.
