The article is a review of the collection of scientific articles “The Relevance of the Philosophical Legacy of F. W. J. Schelling. On the 250th Anniversary of the Thinker,” published in 2025 by the Umozrenie publishing house. The article provides an analytical overview of the main ideas presented in the collection, which reveal Schelling’s place in the history of world philosophy and culture, his contributions to the development of philosophical concepts of freedom and the formation of the human spirit, and his role as an essential ingredient in the formation of Russian philosophical culture throughout its history up to the present day. It is shown that these provisions are internally connected by the unity of the authors’ ideological attitudes. The scientific novelty of the results obtained by the authors of the collection is assessed, and it is concluded that the research conducted by them will undoubtedly provide an impetus for further studies of Schelling’s philosophical work in our country.
