ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan dampak dari legenda La Hila terhadap pembaca atau masyarakat desa Kala di kecematan Donggo, Kabupaten Bima, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah masyarakat desa Kala. Data penelitian ini berupa hasil wawancara terhadap masyarakat desa yang berkaitan dengan dampak legenda La Hila terhadap kehidupan social dan kebudayaan masyarakat desa Kala. Prosedur pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan perekaman, wawancara dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa dampak dari kehidupan social masyarakat desa kala yaitu tercermi cara berpikir dan bertinda masyarakat desa kala dan masyarakat desa di sekitarnya. Sedangakan dampak kebudayaan yang terbentuk dari adanya legenda La Hila ini yaitu adanya acara kandiha kandeno yang dimana dalam acar tersbut terdapat nyanyian, tarian, music kalero yang didalamnya diselingi dengan syair tangisan dari ibu La Hila. Kata kunci: dampak, legenda La Hila, sosiologi sastra ABSTRACT : This study aims to describe the impact of the La Hila legend on readers or the Kala village community in Donggo sub-district, Bima Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using a sociological literature approach. The data source of this research is the people of Kala village. The data of this research are the results of interviews with village communities related to the impact of the La Hila legend on the social and cultural life of the people of Kala village. The data collection procedure is by recording, interviewing and taking notes. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the social life of the Kala village community is reflected in the way of thinking and acting of the Kala village community and the surrounding village communities. While the cultural impact that was formed from the existence of the La Hila legend, namely the Kandiha Kandeno event in which the pickle contained songs, dances, kalero music which were interspersed with crying lyrics from La Hila's mother .
