Electrical energy is crucial for all activity, making the efficiency of generators and associated equipment vital. This study addresses the inefficient use of three-phase induction motors at the Samarinda Karang Asam Diesel Power Plant. Efficiency analysis was performed on 24 motor units using the Input Power Measurement method, utilizing phase current, phase voltage, and power factor. The research aimed to determine efficiency and compare it with the IEC 60034-30-1 standard. The results showed that 13 motor units (54%) were substandard, falling below the minimum IE1 class. The highest efficiency was 99.35% (JW-3-01 Cooling Radiator unit), and the lowest was 68.77% (CR-2-05 Cooling Radiator unit)
