Himachal Pradesh have intricate pattern of mountain ranges and valleys. There is much diversification in climatic and geographic conditions in this state. Various climatic zones range from sub-tropical (450mts-900mts) to warm temperate (900mts–1800mts), cold high mountain (2400mts–4000mts) and snow frigid (4000 mts–6500mts) above the sea level. Physical Education teachers have to work in different condition in various schools with and without sports facilities. For the present investigation two hundred physical education teachers working in the senior secondary schools of Himachal Pradesh were randomly drawn to act as subjects for the study. Out of these 200 teachers, there were 110 male and 90 female teachers.
