Nowadays thiophenol is known as a highly toxic contaminate that can pollute the current environment and biological organism. Besides, thiophenols are widely used in pharmaceutical industries and agriculture. However, contact and inhalation of toxic thiophenol (PhSH) are associated with a lethal series of health problems. In addition, the main cause of death of aquatic animals such as fishes is toxic thiophenols, which are released to water by human activity. The main aim of the effort is fluorescent detection of thiophenol (PhSH) in environmental water, which has an important role in our life. Research that can be observation by the naked eye is extremely reliable, interesting, and has many uses in the present, this statement is well appropriate for fluorescent imaging probes. Fluorescence methodology is widely useable in environment analysis and their uses continuously increasing due to their simplicity, low coast, safe, easy methods for imaging of the physiological important molecules, like proteins, nucleic acid (DNA, RNA), reactive oxygen species, biothiols, metal ions, environmental monitoring, chemical, toxic molecules, for example thiopehenols phosgene, nerve agents, carbon monoxide and so on. All of these analytics are specialized to perform vital functions in living organisms, and some of them are linked to critical disorders. Despite, design and synthesis of fluorescent probes with desirable properties like high solubility, high selectivity, high sensitivity, and real-time detection is still a challenge. Many reported fluorescent probes required more than 90% v/v organic solvents for solubility, or require a long time for detection and short-wavelength window (
