The Churching of Culture as a Main Research Theme of S. S. Averintsev

В статье рассматривается главная «внутренняя» тема исследований С. С. Аверинцева, которая имеет парадигмальный характер и для него как ученого, и для христианской философии культуры в целом. Это — проблема воцерковления культуры как особый парадоксальный процесс наполнения и преображения старых языческих форм культуры под воздействием нового христианского содержания. Этот процесс показан у С. С. Аверинцева в качестве модели пара-фраза и пара-докса как форм трансцендирования сознания для открытости евангельской Вести. В самой разнообразной своей проблематике С. С. Аверинцев использует метод «вскрытия» трансцендирующих элементов культуры. The article examines the main “internal” topic of S. S. Averintsev’s research, which has a paradigmatic character both for him as a scientist and for the Christian philosophy of culture as a whole. This is the problem of the churching of culture as a special paradoxical process of filling and transforming the old pagan forms of culture under the influence of a new Christian content. This process is shown by S. S. Averintsev as a model of para-phrase and para-dox as forms of transcending consciousness for the openness of the Gospel Message. In his most diverse problems, S. S. Averintsev uses the method of “opening” the transcendent elements of culture
