Liberal democracy began when Indonesia held a session at the KMB forming a parliamentary. With the ongoing cabinet, the policy pattern depends on the prime minister in charge of his time. For example, the cabinet of Burhanudin Harentuk which made the work program for the first election in Indonesia so that it shocked many surrounding countries
