In this project work, since the first years of the Republic, examining the practices of teacher selection, training and assignment within periods, the studies carried out in my education system, the educational institutions opened in different periods, the changes in educational institutions over time, the education systems applied for the training of teachers, the methods applied in teacher appointment, the lack of teachers. The methods used to solve these problems are examined in terms of the studies carried out with the World Bank to improve the education system in the education system, the opening of the Higher Education Institution, its effects on the formation of today's education system and today's teacher selection, placement and assignment practices. Literature and Literature search was conducted to obtain data and reach information about teacher selection, training and appointment practices
