Architecture education is one of the fields where technical and artistic education are provided.Architecture education is a discipline that encompasses many art fields, including visual arts.In architecture education, students engage with other art disciplines through their studio education alongside their foundational design courses. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the graphic design teachings provided in the digital design studio course and the perspective that students have in the field of architecture. In this context, how students' perspective on architecture influences their graphic design behaviors is examined through Book Cover Design.Through semiotics, it is explored how architecture undergraduate students reflect their perspective on architecture in their graphic design projects and how this affects their design decisions.Accordingly, the main objective of the research is to examine how students' perspective on architecture influences their behaviors related to graphic design using semiotic analysis.Such research can help educators and students improve their design skills and create better designs. It was observed that students' perspective on architecture influenced their behaviors related to graphic design, and the experiences they gained in their architecture education directly contributed to the Book Cover design project. The most significant finding of the research was the success of students who went through a concept generation process in transferring abstract concepts to concrete concepts using metaphor and descriptive signs. It can be assumed that students with a perspective on architecture can make more consistent graphic design decisions and create better designs. In conclusion, this type of research can help understand how students' perspective on architecture influences their behaviors related to graphic design
