After the Military Coup of May 27, 1960, the MBK administration made frequently statements about budget deficits and the bad condition of the Treasury. For this purpose, efforts were made to generate income for the Treasury through more than one implementations. Liberty Loan Bonds are one of the methods of generating income for the Treasury after the Military Coup of May 27, 1960. Before and after the bonds were launched, a serious advertising campaign was launched by the MBK management to encourage the purchase of the bonds. As a result of this campaign, various advertisements and official information about the bonds appeared frequently in the press of the period. The first stage of the bonds, which were planned to be issued in two stages, was completely sold 3 months after they were launched. The second stage has not been taken out. In the study, the events that took place in the process from the take out of bonds to their full payment and removal were discussed. At the same time, the advertisements reflected in the press, which were used effectively to create propaganda and perception in society after the Military Coup of 27 May 1960, were examined. It is thought that this study, written to fill the gap in the literature through the documents and information obtained, will develop a different perspective on the practices of the period as an example
