The International Union of Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences (IUAES) Commission on Anthropology and Education brings together researchers, educators, and students from across the world who work at the intersections between anthropology and education. Established in 2015, the commission is one of thirty‐five scientific commissions of the IUAES, the oldest worldwide association for scholars engaged in the scientific study of humankind. Scientific commissions form the intellectual heart of the IUAES as they organize meetings, panels, workshops, and symposia connected with their thematic interests. These take place at IUAES‐organized congresses and inter‐congresses or at external conferences
