What is a social innovation? What are the Value-driven normative basis of definition, predication and construction? The hermeneutical and praxeological analysis is 1) an explication of the fundamental anthropological and ethical semantics against the background of konstitutional legal regime and have to give 2) careful attention to the awareness as mindfullness to the culture of socal practices of such innovative transformation of social reality. Examples to illustrate the logic if explication are a) taken from the field of the dynamics of housing development in the context of including ageing policy and b) from the field of the non-discriminatory diversity policy of public universities.
