Resumo

This article updates Price's 1977 causal model regarding the impact of turnover on the organization. The model is first summarized. Post-1977 reviews which deal with this impact are then critically analyzed and incorporated into Price's model. An updated version of Price's model is presented, which incorporates the new information published since 1977.
