L'A. porte son attention sur les pratiques criminelles sur le lieu de travail. Il montre que les theories et les cadres conceptuels elabores par les specialistes en criminologie peuvent inspirer une approche nouvelle des phenomenes de criminalite sur le lieu de travail. Reciproquement, il estime que les theories et les concepts utilises pour analyser l'organisation du lieu de travail constituent un apport de premier plan pour la criminologie
