This inscribed bronze plaque, now in the Museum of Antiquities at Rabat, takes its name from its find‐spot in the ancient city of Banasa in Roman Mauretania (Sidi Ali bou Jenoun, Morocco), where it was unearthed in 1957 in the East Baths complex.
